Why we exist
International buyers rarely fit a standard mortgage file.
Traditional mortgage processes are built around local salaries, local tax returns and assets held in one country. Prime buyers often have a very different financial life.
BlueVectis was built around that reality. We assemble the complete picture—income, companies, liquidity, investments and the target property—then present it to the banks equipped to understand it.
The result is a process that is structured before it reaches a credit committee, with one senior contact coordinating the bank, the client’s advisers and the notary.
