Information we collect
When you prepare or send an enquiry, we may receive your identity, contact details, target property location, indicative budget and information you choose to provide about your financing project. The website may also generate limited technical logs needed for security and delivery.
Advertising measurement
Where permitted, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page views, completed enquiries and clicks to contact us. Measurement data may include browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, referring page, approximate city, region, postal code and country derived by Vercel from the IP address. For a completed enquiry, normalized email, phone and name values are SHA-256 hashed on our server before being sent to Meta; the access token and unhashed form fields are never exposed in the browser Pixel event. Browser and server events share a unique event ID so Meta can deduplicate them.
Cookies and choices
Meta measurement may use the _fbp and _fbc cookies. In locations where consent is required, Meta tracking remains disabled unless you select Allow. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Privacy choices control shown on the website. We also respect supported Global Privacy Control signals.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, assess whether a project may be eligible, organise a call, comply with professional obligations, measure advertising performance and improve the relevance of advertising where you have permitted it. It is not sold.
Recipients and international files
Where necessary and with an appropriate basis, information may be shared with professional advisers, banking institutions or service providers involved in assessing or executing a mandate. Advertising measurement data is processed by Meta Platforms and hosting and approximate location data by Vercel. International processing is subject to the safeguards applicable to those providers.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, a resulting professional relationship, legal obligations and legitimate records. Advertising identifiers follow the retention settings of the relevant platforms and your consent choice. Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are applied.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection by contacting louis@bluevectis.com. You may also complain to the CNIL or another competent supervisory authority.
